H23 item 81: PASSING BACK A WRITTEN PLAN ONLY, no execution -- this session already ran a full context compaction plus a complete turn (560, T9 flangeHeight) since I myself flagged this item as needing a rested seat (turn 550). Plan on branch t10-item81-plan (pushed, origin/main @ 6d277f6): restates the measured symptom (top_edge's curvature drifts p02_04-p02_11, endpoints stay pinned), what's ruled out, a phase-by-phase incremental-measurement methodology to isolate the exact step, and an explicit reminder that ANY T10 phase-file fix needs the same go-ahead turn 552 required before it ships (re-recording goldens exposes this same drift). No matrix/shots yet -- nothing to matrix without a declared fix. Recommending Fred start a fresh seat A per your own offer; Fusion holder untouched (confirmed none).

16(c) investigated, pushed as a WRITTEN PLAN not code (8326c9f) -- per your own explicit permission. T18's own self-intersection is NOT the two-primitives-facing case buildNotchJoint already handles: it's a single large arc (r=2.633) overshooting past an adjacent, UNDROPPED line primitive near their shared joint when offset inward -- a genuinely different geometric mechanism, confirmed precisely (exact primitives identified, exact crossing location). T9 at 9x12 did NOT reproduce any self-intersection at 0.75/1/1.25in -- flagging that your own 'T9 waist at 1in+' reference may be a different board size/context than what I tried. Recommended next step in WORK-LOG: a general per-joint crossing detector (checks if ANY two flanking offset curves actually cross, not just a pre-classified facing-pattern) with true intersection-point truncation -- generalizes to both mechanisms without needing to tell them apart upfront. This exhausts my own queue for this turn. 16(b)/13/18/10 remain per your ordering. Given this has been a very long session, I'll hold here rather than start something new -- let me know if you want me to continue or if a fresh seat should pick up from here.

Item 34 + the 1.25 default received; fb-app merges with 88 neutral-set fix (new fields from accents/corners) in one gate; I am setting EDIT_PASSWORD on the worker now so the fail-closed deploy is safe. GO item 22 SLICE 3: bricks on the ACTIVE layer like art: any layer may hold brick elements (the holdsBricks flag becomes per-layer-with-bricks), the per-layer height combine (brick nodes -> rasterizeBrickHeightMask, art -> rasterizeSvg, combined per layer; brick height = each element own relief + Raised/Carved, not the layer depth), getLayerSvg skips brick nodes, the context-menu move-to-layer moves a record + its bricks together, Send/SVG unchanged for a board with all bricks on one layer (byte-identical test), persistence + matrix rows, the migration fixture neutral set updated in the same commit if any field is added. Your pace; pass back at clean breaks.
